Yes — you can include a short personalized gift message at checkout, which will be printed on your packing slip. We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Every item is made to order. Allow 5–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. US orders typically arrive within 4–13 business days total. International orders may take 6–25+ business days.

Yes — we ship worldwide to most countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders are fulfilled by Printful, a global print-on-demand partner with facilities in the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Spain, Latvia, and worldwide. Your order is routed to the facility closest to you.

All sales are final. Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please review our Size Guide carefully before purchasing.

We're sorry — that shouldn't happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at info@elizabethsuttoncollection.com with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Orders can only be cancelled while still in 'Waiting for Fulfillment' status. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately at info@elizabethsuttoncollection.com if you need to cancel.
